Reuben Baked Chicken
This is a great chicken recipe. That can be made in no time with little clean up.
4 boneless chicken breasts (halved)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (16oz.) can sauerkraut well drained
4 slices swiss cheese
