Pudding Cookies
Easy cookie without a lot of ingredients. You can mix this up usually with stuff you have around the house.
1 pkg. instant pudding mix
3/4 cup biscuit mix
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 egg (beaten)
Mix all ingredients and drop by teaspoons on cookie sheet . Bake 8 to 10 minute at 375 degrees. Egg and oil are all the liquid you need.
