Potato Casserole
January 14, 2008
This recipe was baked by a friend where I work and I just loved it. So I wanted to share it with everyone. I cooked this casserole recipe at home and it was a hit… my family loves it. This potato casserole recipe is so easy to make and bake and does not cost a lot to make.
1-2lb. pkg.frozen hash browns (shredded)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb sour cream
1 8oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 stick butter
1 cup milk 1 cup finely chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup crushed corn flakes.
Blend together shredded hash browns(thawed), sour cream, cheddar cheese and soup mix well. Saute the onions in the butter and add to potato mixture. Add milk and salt and pepper. Place in a greased 13×9×2 inch pan. Crush corn flakes over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
