Pork Chop Casserole
January 16, 2008
This pork chop casserole is very tasty and tender. I have used boneless pork chops in this casserole too. For a mouth watering delight bake this pork chop casserole tonight.
6 pork chops
1 cup uncooked brown rice
6 slices of onion
6 slices of tomato
6 green pepper rings
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 cups tomato juice
Fry chops in skillet with small amount of vegetable oil. Brown chops on both sides, and transfer to plate. Place rice over bottom of skillet arrange chops on top. Stack slices of onion, tomato, and peppers on top of each chop.Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour tomato juice over chops. Cover: simmer 45 minutes or until chops are tender.
