High Energy Shake

Great tasting energy drink that is good for you with high carbohydrates. You can change the taste of this by changing the fruit and the yogurt.
1 banana or other fruit
7 tsp. or 1 individual serving cup of yogurt (vanilla or fruit flavored)
1 c. orange juice
4 tsp. wheat germ
Bend all ingredients together in blender.
