Chocolate Balls
February 3, 2008
Special family favorite. That everyone will love. They can be kept in the freezer for days. They never last that long at my house.
1 1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup softened margarine
1 tsp vanilla
1 lb. box confectioners sugar
1 12 oz. bag of chocolate chips
1 T. vegetable oil
Beat together peanut butter, softened margarine and vanilla. This mixture will be crumbly. Add confectioners sugar mix well. Take the crumbs and roll into balls and place on wax paper. Chill for about one hour. In a double broiler melt chocolate chips and vegetable oil use a toothpick and dip the peanut butter balls in the chocolate. Place them on wax paper and chill well and enjoy.
