Debby’s Steak

Written by admin on January 20, 2008 – 9:12 pm -

With all the cold weather around,(yuck). Lets talk summer and warm weather and best of all lets talk about cooking a delicious steak on the grill with friends around enjoying a warm Sunday afternoon. This is my favorite recipe for steaks.

2-1/2 to 3 lbs. boneless chuck steak

1 envelope of onion soup mix

1 cup sliced mushrooms

Heavy-duty aluminum foil

Place steaks on foil; sprinkle both sides with onion soup mix, then top with mushrooms. Wrap foil loosely around steak, sealing edges airtight with double fold. Place seam side up, about 5 inches from coals. Grill about 1 hour or until tender.
