Irish Milkshake

This is so good, very refreshing on a hot summer day by the pool.

1/2 cup skim milk

1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt

2 tsp. sugar

1 tsp. instant coffee

1 tsp. irish whiskey

Blend all ingredients in blender for about 30 seconds.

HOT CHOCOLATE MIX

Great to make ahead and keep for the kids or when company drops by. This is a easy hot chocolate recipe that will be a hit.

1 box of powdered milk (8 quart)
2 c. powdered sugar
1 (16 oz.) jar non dairy creamer
1 (16 oz.) can instant chocolate drink mix

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Store in airtight container. Use up in 6 months. 1 serving: add 3 tablespoons of mix to 1 cup hot water. Stir to dissolv

Coco-Banana Shake

This a great coco banana  shake that is so yummy. Only 190 calories per serving.

1/2 cup skim milk

1/2 cup plain  low-fat yougurt

1/2 small ripe banana mashed

1 tsp. sugar

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

1/2 tsp. coconut extract

1 ice cube

Blend all ingredients at low speed about 30 seconds. Enjoy

Protein  11 grams

Fat        2 grams

Carbohydrates  32 grams

Raspberry Frappe

This low calorie drink is so low calorie and great tasting. This would be a great picker upper in the afternoon for a quick light snack to help you last till dinner

1 1/2 cups orange juice

1/2 cup fresh raspberries

1 tsp. sugar

1 egg white

1 cup crushed ice

In a blender at high speed, blend orange juice, raspberries, sugar and egg whites about 30 seconds. gradually add ice. Blend until thick and frothy.

Yogurt Shake

When it is hot outside come in and cool off with this great yogurt shake.this is also very low calorie.
8 oz. carton vanilla yogurt

1/4 cup skim milk

1 tsp. vanilla

In a blender combine all ingredients, blend until frothy. You can substitute the vanilla with 1 small banana or 1/2 cup up any fruit or berries.

Fruity Punch

Super easy punch to make for that summer party.

6 oz. Hawaiian punch

6oz. frozen orange juice

6oz. frozen lemon juice

1 qt. ginger ale

1 jar of maraschino cherries

1 qt. pineapple sherbet

Mix all together and chill. You can add fruit to this punch for and extra treat.
